I must preface this a little by saying I was not a whiskey drinker in my past life, and I was a little worried about this being “too whiskey” and not enjoyable. But the whiskey flavour is subtle and is more a smoky, oaky warmth than an overwhelming Beam Can vibe. The ginger is beautiful and warming, similar to the Monday Dark & Stormy but not as fiery.

I have a tendency to put ice in all my RTD’s but I think with this you could easily leave it out to really keep the impact of the flavours. This is a mellow and enjoyable drink and a good winter warmer I think!
