This is the third non alcoholic drink offering I have tried from Danish company ISH. I loved their Spritz and I loved their Bubbly even more!

On the nose this packs quite a punch. I got a hit of heat that made me sneeze! It’s also got quite a floral aroma to it.

In the mouth it is a delicious balance of floral, bitter and tart. There is a bit of heat and a really strong juniper profile. It’s not for the faint hearted but it is delicious! A squeeze of lemon and you are in “I can’t believe it’s not booze” territory. A very delicious and highly smashable mimic for the real thing. Bring on the summer!
