This drink packs a punch so hard you’ll forget there is no actual rum in it. It’s warming and spicy with cardamon, nutmeg, cinnamon and a fair kick of ginger. Vanillary sweet (but zero sugar) but not sickly, it’s offset with a little twist of lime. The first time I tried the Dark & Stormy I became obsessed and tried to replicate it myself with store bought ginger beer. Save yourself the effort…you just can’t.

It’s a STRONG flavour profile and even this liquid pig can’t drink more than 2 max in one sitting. But it’s super unique, very grown up, a little bit rock n roll (or Pirate?) and very addictive.
