Sam sources the highest quality botanicals and extracts and has an incredible talent for creating these incredible and unique blends of flavours. The Paloma has a refreshing tequila inspired taste with grapefruit, finger lime, yuzu and passionfruit tang. Monday Distillery is a small family operation based here in little old Port Fairy (how lucky are we) and they are fast on the rise and ready to achieve world domination.
