Description
Leitz have a good little range of non alcoholic wines including a Riesling and a Pinot Noir. Made from Pinot Noir grapes this non alcoholic Rosé from Leitz looks GOOOOOD in the glass. A really deep berry coloured Rosé. Just delightful!
On the nose it smells like a good robust wine with rhubarb leading. And then I would say it’s quite a little party in your mouth! Lively if you like! VERY refreshing, a little tart, a little acidic, some strawberry and citrus vibes. A really good full mouth feel, a little GRIP (a fancy wine term I learnt recently, means it has tannins that stick to the sides of your mouth). It lingers nicely too, you could not accuse the Leitz Rosé of being thin! If anything it is a little sweet but so far from sickly, it’s really nicely balanced.
On this sticky day I am inhaling this like it’s liquid gold!
