As I mentioned on insta, I took backup wine with me to lunch as I didn’t have a lot of faith in the Lindeman’s. But it turn’s out I was safe! This wine is light, fresh, acidic and very, very dry. Don’t let that muscat in the name fool you!

This is a bubbles that lives up to it’s name. She’s VERY bubbly. Almost aggressively so. On the verge of a little too fizzy, but not to the point of writing her off.

She’s very low cal, low carb, low sugar. It’s a mystery how they got so much flavour in there really!

In terms of bubbles in this price range, I would go Plus & Minus Blanc de Blancs first, the Lindeman’s a very close second.
