10 Best Non-Alcoholic Drinks to try this Feb Fast

There are so many new and exciting alcohol free drinks hitting the market ALL THE TIME it can be hard to keep up! But if you’re here for a short time (February) not a long time (past February) then I bring you my comprehensive best-of-the-best list, so this Feb Fast you can give FOMO the flick and not miss a beat. You can still enjoy a nice cold beer in the sun and a sparkly glass of bubbles with your picnic.

The List

To be honest I got a little excited and there are way more than 10 options packed in here, and this is just the tip of the iceberg! Cheers!

Best in class Bubbles: One of the best on the market is Thomson & Scott Noughty. They have a sparkling Chardonnay and Rosé that are both phenominal. They are both Vegan, certified Halal, organic, really low sugar and TASTE like the real deal. Buy Now

Bubbles On The Go: Going to a party and don’t want to take a whole 750ml bottle? Single serve size is now becoming a thing! And there are two BRILLIANT options available to you! Plus & Minus have their delightful Prosecco in a can HERE as do Obbbird with their Blanc de Blancs HERE. Handbag wine anyone?

The G&T: Monday Distillery’s classic G&T ticks all the boxes. Small family owned business, sugar free, preservative free but definitely not flavour free. Monday have an ever expanding range of ready-to-drink cocktails that include a Paloma, Mezcalita, Dram & Dry, Dark & Stormy and a recently release Aperitz Spritz. Their classic G&T is close to my heart. Buy Now

Red Wine: The toughest of all the non-alc category’s! So many come out tasting more like grape juice than wine. But then there is Sobriety Society Shiraz Tempranillo. It has body, depth of flavour and a brilliant savoury edge that we know and love. Buy Now

Rosé Wine: Oh my sweet sweet summertime fav! Before I stopped drinking alcohol I was pretty much made of 50% Rosé at all times. It’s my favourite summer sipper. And one I can’t go past and always have on hand is from La Tautila. It’s bold, fruity, got great mouth feel and leaves you feeling so satisfied. Buy Now

White Wine: If you love a cheeky Savvy B, you can’t go past Giesen’s Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. It taste’s so much like the real thing that I can’t drink it (too many bad Sav Blanc experiences!). This wine is a much loved favourite amongst white wine drinkers. Buy Now. If a Savvy B is not your thing (it sure isn’t mine) Geisen have also crafted a very brilliant Pinot Gris. It’s truly a delight! Buy Now

Beer: The sky is the limit with non-alcoholic beers. I prefer to steer clear of the big name breweries and go for independent brewers who are focused on non-alc. Heaps Normal Quiet XPA was my first love and it’s a great place to start. Definitely ‘I can’t believe it’s not beer’ territory. Buy Now. The team have also just released a Lager…yet untried but I hear it’s a winner!! Buy Now

Alternatives: If you’re after an alcohol free drink that doesn’t replicate anything you know from alcohol, I have good news for you. This category is BRIMMING with goodness. SO much so, they get their own list within this list!

  • NON – a range of uniquely crafted drinks that fill the wine occasion without replicating wine. There are 7 to choose from and my favourite of the bunch is NON7 Stewed Cherry & Coffee. DELISH!! Buy Now
  • ETCH Sparkling is a range of sparkling non-alcoholic mixers, created with antioxidant and mineral-rich Native Australian fruits and herbs. Apart from a little local natural honey in their HNY drink, the range is free from added sugars and has no preservatives, or any artificial colours, flavours or additives. Buy Now
  • Altina is a range of ready made cocktails that are their own thing entirely. Made using native ingredients and a focus on quality and experience. Just pour over ice and you’re ready to enjoy. My pick of the bunch is the La Vie En Rose. Buy Here

Spirits: One drink I am NEVER without in my fridge is Wilfred’s Aperitif. It is like a party in your mouth. Mix with tonic, garnish with a slice of lemon and you are in bitter, orange and rosemary heaven. Its like an Aperol spritz but WAAAAYYYY better! Buy Here
