The Plus & Minus Premium range has thus far failed to disappoint. The Chardonnay, Blanc de Noirs and Shiraz are all very good quality wines. And can I say how very heart warming it is to have regionality coming into non-alcoholic wine making. It shows that the category is being taken seriously and these products are only going to get better!

This Rosé is pale in colour and made using premium Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Adelaide Hills. On the nose, she smells like a Rosé, which is always a good start!

To taste she is dry, crisp, with subtle berry flavours and nice tannins from the grape skin extract give you a good mouth feel and drinking experience. This wine is a little tart but not overwhelmingly acidic, more in a nice balanced way.

I wish it was summer right now so I could enjoy a glass of this sunning myself on the deck! Would pair very nicely with a cheese board or a nice spicy curry. This range is really tops!
