Description
There is a word missing from my wine appreciation vocabulary, but I am upskilling soon so will come back once I know what I am talking about! But whatever that word it, it describes this offering from Australian non-alcoholic wine producers Sobriety Society. It might be chewy, or yeasty? Whatever it is, it’s what a good dry sparkling should be. It really holds well in your mouth and gives you total ‘I can’t believe it’s not booze’ vibes.
This is flavourful but not overly fruity, perfectly balanced with the right amount of acidity. The bead is nice and it bubbles instead of fizzes.
Sobriety Society is shaping up well for me, I really love their Shiraz Tempranillo and love this Bland de Blancs even more! It’s organic, vegan, low sugar and really one of the best wines I have tried under $20. Invest in a case an call it a day!
A must try!!
